Positive Elevation Gain: 1250 m
Slope: 40° over 40 m
South-facing, which requires an early start to maintain good snow conditions for the descent. Bellecôte is a beautiful summit at 3,400 meters, requiring specific glacier safety equipment. A varied glacial climb with a magnificent panorama, featuring views to the north of the Mont Blanc massif, and to the south, the Vanoise, Italy, the Écrins, and the Oisans.
